What we make

Cardboard, but designed for your part.

We convert corrugated cardboard into complete protection and cushioning solutions.
Single, double or triple wall, depending on the weight, fragility and mode of transport of your products.

01

American cases & custom

Standard cases or designed to the exact size of the part, to limit void, material and the risk of impact.

02

Cushioning & dividers

Cushioning that fits the geometry of the part and holds it firmly — no more product moving around in transit.

03

Corner protectors & reinforcements

Protection of edges and sensitive points, structural reinforcements for stacking and palletisation.

04

Large sizes & heavy parts

Reinforced packaging for bulky or heavy parts: heavy-duty board, triple wall, hybrid structures.

05

Cutting & shaping

Cutting, creasing and forming on demand for runs suited to your production rate.

06

Hybrid solutions

Cardboard combined with PE foam or bubble film when the part needs more than simple rigid protection.

The real cost of standard

The “near enough” case costs you more.

Material

Too much void = too much cardboard

A case that's too big means material paid for nothing and extra fill cushioning with every shipment.

Breakage

A part that moves gets damaged

Cushioning that doesn't fit the part lets it move: scratches, impacts, rejects — and a customer to reassure.

Pace

Handling is paid for in minutes

Poorly designed packaging is slow to assemble. Multiplied by your daily volume, the time lost becomes a real cost.

Materials & specifications

The right cardboard for the right constraint.

Each solution is defined with you according to the weight of the part, its fragility, the mode of transport and your output rate.
A few benchmarks:

Flute
Single, double or triple — from light packaging to heavy, bulky parts.
Format
Custom, as close as possible to the part to reduce void and the risk of movement.
Strength
Grammage and structure suited to weight, stacking and palletisation.
Finish
Cutting, creasing, assisted assembly and simple marking as needed.
Flute types

Cardboard, to match your constraints.

A few common flute types, adaptable across all our products — the right grammage and thickness according to weight, fragility and the strength required.

Printing & marking

Your information, straight onto the packaging.

Your cases and cushioning can carry the information useful to your teams and your customers: identification, traceability and branding, printed at source.

Logo & branding
Printing of your logo and colours for packaging with your identity, from bare board to a polished finish.
References & traceability
Reference numbers, descriptions, batch or serial numbers printed directly on the case.
Instructions & pictograms
Stacking direction, fragile, handling, assembly instructions: the right information, in the right place.
Barcodes & labelling
Barcodes, QR codes and labelling areas designed for your logistics flows.

A responsible material

Cardboard, green by nature.

Corrugated board is endlessly recyclable: its fibres loop back into use without losing their strength.
Compared with plastic, it's the leanest protection there is — and the best served by sorting channels.

01

Endlessly recyclable

Cardboard fibres can be reused many times over. Each pack goes back into the loop rather than ending up as waste.

02

Only the material needed

Our boxes and inserts are sized as close to the part as possible: less void, less board, less air shipped around.

03

A channel already in place

Cardboard benefits from the most mature collection and recycling network. Your customers know exactly what to do with it.
