What sets us apart

An integrated design office.

No catalogue: we design the most effective solution for your part — tested, validated, sometimes patented.
From analysis to prototype through to production.

Our method

Five steps, from part to production.

Step 1

Part analysis

Geometry, weight, fragilities, sensitive points, finish. We always start from the product, never from a standard.

Step 2

Transport & handling constraints

Type of transport, distance, stacking, palletisation, workshop handling. The solution must hold up from the dock to the unpacking station.

Step 3

Material selection

Cardboard, PE foam, bubble film, plastic film: we combine our trades for the right balance of protection / cost / output.

Step 4

Prototype & Validation

A first real, hands-on version. Drop, vibration and handling tests — validated with your actual part, not on paper.

Step 5

Industrialisation & Production

Once the solution is finalised, production is launched in our workshops, at rates suited to your volumes.

3D design

Our work in 3D.

Every packaging is modelled before production. Here are a few projects from our design office.

Eco-design

Designed right, for the job and for the planet.

Eco-design means meeting the exact need while optimising dimensions, material quantity, material choice and recyclability — cutting environmental impact without giving up any protection.
It's also the best answer to the EU's PPWR regulation, which calls for leaner, recyclable packaging.

01

Less material, same protection

We size every pack as close to the part as possible: needless board and void disappear while the hold stays intact.

02

PPWR-ready

EU rules are pushing towards reduced, recyclable packaging. Our designs anticipate those requirements from the drawing board.

03

Recyclability built in

Material choice, single-material design, easy sorting: the pack's end of life is considered from the very first sketch.
