Non-woven, so nothing gets scratched.

A finished part that arrives scratched is a part to remake.
We line your bubble bags with non-woven, and supply non-woven on its own, to protect sensitive surfaces from friction.

What we make

Two answers, one same constraint.

Non-woven doesn't protect against impact: it protects against scratching and friction. So it's used either as a lining for a shock-absorbing packaging, or on its own, as a direct interface with the part.

01

Non-woven bubble bags

The bubble absorbs the impact, the non-woven protects the surface. The part never touches the film: no marking, no scratch on removal.

02

Non-woven on its own

Non-woven covers, pouches and interfaces, without bubble, when only surface protection is at stake.

03

Custom-sewn pouches

In-house sewing to the exact dimensions of your part. No void, no movement, no friction in transit.

Who it's for

When the surface is the product.

On a finished part, a defect isn't repaired: it's replaced. Non-woven becomes essential as soon as the surface itself determines whether the part is accepted.

Automotive

Appearance and finish parts

Main applications. Painted, chromed, lacquered parts: the slightest friction in transit shows, and is paid for in rejects.

Area

Scratch & friction

Bare plastic film marks. Non-woven doesn't: it glides over the surface instead of sticking to it.

Rejects

The cost of a defect

Every scratched part is a part to remake, a deadline to catch up and a customer to reassure. Over-packaging costs less than rejects.

In the workshop

Sewing and shaping on site.

Sewing is carried out in our Mont-sur-Meurthe workshop, which lets us start from a prototype and adjust the dimensions before the production run.
