Method

Part analysis

Geometry, weight, fragilities, sensitive points, finish. We always start from the product, never from a standard. Discussions with your methods or purchasing teams.

Transport & handling constraints

Type of transport, distance, stacking, palletisation, workshop handling. The solution must hold up from the loading dock to the final unpacking station.

Material selection

Cardboard alone, cardboard + foam, foam + bubble film, technical plastic film. We combine our three trades for the right balance of protection / cost / output.

Prototype & Validation

A first real, hands-on version. Drop, vibration and handling tests. Validated by your team with your actual part, not on paper.

Industrialisation & Production

Once the solution is finalised, production is launched in our workshops. Rates suited to your volumes, responsive delivery from Mont-sur-Meurthe.

Our production site is located south-east of Nancy, in Mont-sur-Meurthe, near Lunéville. A strategic location at the heart of the Lorraine industrial fabric, allowing us to serve automotive suppliers and furniture makers in the region and beyond with great responsiveness.
